Wellogin LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides health and wellness services including coaching, virtual yoga instruction, organized wellness adventures, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal and sensitive data. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through https://www.wellogin.com (the "Site") and our health and wellness services.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Sensitive Data Consent. We collect Personal Data, including contact, billing, and scheduling information, to facilitate our Services. We also collect "Sensitive Data," which includes communications about physical and emotional health conditions, fitness levels and routines, and dietary requirements. Pursuant to the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), we shall not process Sensitive Data without your prior, explicit, and freely given opt-in consent. Automated Data, such as IP addresses, location, device and browser types, is collected via cookies to analyze usage trends, diagnose technical issues, and enhance site functionality and user experience.

Legal Basis and Use of Information. We process your data under the following legal bases: (i) Performance of a Contract to fulfill coaching, yoga, and adventure travel bookings; (ii) Legitimate Interests in maintaining site security and integrity; and (iii) Explicit Consent for sensitive health data. We use this data to manage and personalize coaching and yoga sessions as well as excursion logistics, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights. With your consent, your data is used for marketing purposes (e.g., promotional emails about new offerings).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary or valuable consideration.

Third-Party Transfers and International Excursions. We share data with third-party service providers (Processors) bound by strict confidentiality agreements. For international services, such as the Slovenia Croatia Adventure, we share limited data (names, passport details, and dietary needs) with independent third-party controllers, including lodging and transportation providers. You acknowledge that these independent controllers are responsible for their own data protection practices. For data transfers from the EU to the U.S., we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Cookies and Google Analytics (Consent Mode v2). This Site utilizes Squarespace’s native cookie framework and Google Analytics. This tracking is governed by Google’s Consent Mode v2, which respects user-defined privacy signals. Upon your first visit, you may "Decline" non-essential cookies via our Cookie Consent Banner, which will trigger a "Denied" signal to Google Analytics, preventing data storage. You may also utilize the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Data Retention and Security. We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. To satisfy professional liability standards and record-keeping statutes, health-related coaching notes and participation records are retained for a period of seven (7) years following the termination of Services, after which they are securely deleted or de-identified.

Consumer Rights and Appeals. Residents of Indiana and Texas possess the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data. You may also opt-out of "profiling" that produces legal or significant effects.

We will respond within forty-five (45) days. If a request is denied, you have the right to appeal our decision within sixty (60) days by contacting us at the same address.

Children’s Privacy. Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take immediate steps to delete it from our servers.
