Town center of Llubljana

On arrival in Ljubljana, we ensure our travelers have a local’s experience in city, including daily yoga and breath work classes, meals from local restaurants and our personal kitchen. The afternoon activity is a 3-hour guided bike tour through the historic neighborhoods, quiet parks, and countryside of Ljubljana.

On day 3 of the wellness adventure, we provide a morning yoga and breath work class followed by a home-cooked plant-based brunch at our personal kitchen. Afterwards, we take the van transport to Lake Bled, the “Jewel” of Slovenia, for a 3-hour guided hike exploring the hills and castles of the lake.

The SLO/CRO Wellness Adventure is built on active day schedules, including higher intensity physical activities performed in cultural or nature settings. To ensure high quality sleep facilitated by comfortable, high-quality accommodations, we have partnered with local hotels that provide rooms that feel luxurious, well-insulated and grounded to support rest and recovery.

At less than half-way through our travel, we complete our scenic land journey to the historic coastal city of Split, Croatia. This ancient city, dating back to the 2nd century BC, is where we board our ferry for a 2-hour journey along the idyllic Dalmatian coast to our final destination, Hvar Island.

On arrival to Hvar Island, we transfer to our final destination, a stone-walled retreat center nestled into the remote pine and oak forests of the island’s north side. The retreat center is accessible through a network of gravel and paved roads that span the entire island. The outdoor cafes and boat marina of the charming sea side town of Stari Grad is only a short bike ride away.

This wellness adventure was thoughtfully planned for active travelers ready to undertake a unique internal and external exploration of our world.

During your active days on the island, we can also arrange for swimming excursions in the cool fresh waters of the Adriatic, or schedule a personalized massage with our certified masseuse for 60 to 90 minutes.
